Research on Intelligent Verification System of High Voltage Electric Energy Metering Device Based on Power Cloud

To address the issues of low efficiency, poor security, insufficient compatibility, and difficulties in traceability associated with high-voltage electric energy metering (HVEEM) device verification methods, this paper proposes a design scheme for remote system (RVS) such devices based on power cloud platform (PCP). The adopts concept “high-precision local sampling + verification” develops acquisition compatibility high precision to achieve fast electrical parameters. IEC 61850 communication modeling is utilized establish unified standards between PCP. PCP provides two methods: physical error multi-channel standard digital an improved Backpropagation (BP) neural network simulation model. Leveraging advantages technology, enables functions as calculation, intelligent verification, storage, condition monitoring, early warning. Through testing application, it has been demonstrated that achieves integration accuracy level better than 0.02. It also exhibits good measurement values while attaining informatization intelligence. Particularly, shows promising prospects efficient large-scale multi-type devices.
